This was an amazing experience Huge shout-out to DESTINY.. She went above and beyond. It's rare now to see people who like their jobs you can tell she put dedication and effort into her work she had me smiling laughing she was very humble anything that I asked that was within her power.. she did for me so if you're ever in the San Bernardino area come show this hotel some love..you really will be amazed... Keep up the good work

Have stayed at many motels and this one is very quiet and clean and met all my disabled needs. Great motel and friendly staff.

Great location, near lots of shops and restaurants. I was able to park my 75ft truck and trailer right in front of the lobby, just off the road. Abel was the manager on site, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and didn't smell like smoke, which is hard to find at a lower cost hotel. TV was awesome and worked great, lots of channels. I will stay again anytime I'm in the Los Angeles area. They have awesome wifi service too.

Hospitality Inn Is a great place to rest and relax from a busy travel.! Besides the incredible management the housekeeping staff is courteous and attentive to every aspect of your stay. I have found everyone responsive to my every need. Whether it was reserving the correct day and room for my family and I or assisting with directions or meeting our comfort expectations, everyone at Hospitality Inn was extremely effective and responsive.! The location is very convenient with so many places to shop and a variety of nice restaurants to dine in. The rooms are amazing! The beds are comfortable and always neatly made plus the rooms are always clean with a home-like atmosphere. The appliances and furniture are up to date with great TV's and television programing. There is rich Wifi all around including at their sparkling crystal clean swimming pool. I was also very impressed by the neat landscaping and 24 hour security service, multiple mornings I witnessed landscapers maintaining the outdoors and every late night that I made it back to my room, I always saw professional patrol on watch. But perhaps my favorite part of all is the restaurant grade coffee that I enjoyed! Enabling me to skip my daily Starbucks ritual. If you are looking for a pleasant stay and a delightful experience, do not look past this little hidden treasure called Hospitality Inn!

Very good rooms, if you are looking for something luxurious and cheap, would definitely staying here, staff was great, also housekeeping they gave us new towels every day when we stayed.

I have to say that the manager, Abel has been more than accommodating. I needed to book a room and it was the first weekend of Coachella and he made it happen! I ended up staying for about 3 more weeks. Our daily interactions were always pleasant and professional. Abel is top notch and runs this establishment in the way that a motel literally feels like a hotel. Also, he came through when I needed a huge favor and I had already checked out. If I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely coming back and I definitely recommend staying here.

I really like this place. I have stayed here on two separate occasions, and both times I was not disappointed. I felt safe in the area, the room was very clean, and comfortable, and the management is just exceptional. They really made me feel welcome, were very kind, and were always willing to help with anything I needed. Last, for the price, you really get more than what you pay for. So if you are looking for a comfortable stay, that's doesn't break the bank, stay here as the customer service is worth it. Thanks again Hospitality Inn! I definitely will be staying again next time I am in the area! 😊

Fast check in, friendly staff. Price was on point rooms were clean. I appreciated that it was not a noisy environment. I felt very comfortable and safe. They have cameras all over the property which was nice- I would definitely book here again and recommend to others!

The check in and check out staff were super cool. The hotel room furniture is outdated and worn out, but I was happy with the size of the room, microwave and fridge in the room. It’s close to everything. And the price was even better.. there is a deposit but you get it back, I prefer to use cash. All and all definitely staying there again when I go back to visit.

This was a nice stay, Rooms were clean. The bed was comfy, really spacious too. The internet was also good. The guys at the front desk were nice, check in went smooth. I prepaid online, I had no issues once I went in. There is a 100.00 cash deposit. Which u will get back once u check out. I will be going back.
